The clutch slave cylinder is a critical component of your Logan's transmission, responsible for actuating the clutch release bearing to disengage the engine from the gearbox. This assembly integrates the slave cylinder and release bearing into a single unit (Concentric CSC), ensuring precise hydraulic pressure is applied to the clutch pressure plate. Over time, internal seals can fail or the bearing can wear out, leading to clutch slippage, difficulty shifting gears, a spongy pedal feel, or fluid leaks.
